Introduction
Please read carefully to ensure you completely understand how we make payments to models/studios/referrers and the procedures for payment. If you do not understand the info below please contact your manager as soon as possible so they may explain.

We have 2 methods to pay models weekly there are no options or exceptions.

Be Aware :
The default method of payment is a Canadian check in USA funds sent weekly $50.00 and over. Models that wish to receive alternate methods of payment must contact accounting@adultwebcamworld.com or your studio manager before Sunday at 12 midnight of that payment period.
Cut off for pay is Sunday 12 midnight pst. Pay Check's/Epassporte.com payments are issued weekly and sent every Monday. All payment inquires are to be directed to accounting@adultwebcamworld.com
The model help desk will not be able to determine issues regarding missed, late or lost check's. ALL BONUSES CAN ONLY BE SEEN IN THE FINAL PAY SLIP SENT AT THE END OF THE WEEK ALONG WITH YOUR PAY, WHICH HAS A DETAILED LISTING OF WHAT WAS SENT! ALL PAY RELATED ISSUES MUST BE TAKEN UP WITH ACCOUNTANT DIRECTLY. (Please include Model name, Real name, amount owing, and dates regarding any issues.) Please do not ask the model help desk to forward information. The fastest and easiest way to contact the accounting department is through e-mail or by phone, please understand e-mails may get lost or marked as spam and may not make it through some networks. In which case please contact the accounting department by calling toll free in USA and CANADA 1-866-926-7969 or 1-888-542-8999 and select 2 for accounting or Ext 200. This is for your and our protection.

Sub Studios/Managers - Models that have not signed up directly with Adultwebcamworld or work through a sub studio, must make arrangements with that studio for payment. If the sub studio is not an authorized studio (minimum 3 models online per week) We will pay the models directly via check or epassporte. Payments through epassporte can only be done if the model already has an epassporte account. We are unable to create models Epassporte accounts that work for a sub studio. Models will be required to purchase their own epassporte card, if the model desires to receive payment via epassporte.com working for a sub studio. Check (Cheque):

Funds under $50.00 US will be held and carried over to the next weeks check until $50.00 US or more is achieved.
You should receive your check's as promptly as the government will deliver them via ground mail. If you wish to have your check's delivered faster or in a more secure fashion please feel free to set up a Federal Express, UPS or other courier service to pick the check up from our accountant office in Vancouver, BC, Canada at a prescheduled time. (This is at the models/studio cost, under his/her own account with the shipping company you select. Example: Ups, Federal Express)
Our default method of sending funds is by ground mail. This may take 3 days - 6 weeks for your check to arrive depending on where you live. Please understand it is not our responsibility nor do we have control over delays or late mail arrivals due to your local postal service. Please check Canadian and USA holidays for information regarding possible mail delivery delays. Check's are sent every Monday by 4pm pacific. If you have not received the check within the 6 month time limit please contact us . We will put a hold on the funds in question and re-issue the check at no charge after the 6 month period. Please be aware that if you have not heard from us via e-mail, please call toll free in USA and CANADA 1-866-926-7969. Monday mornings 10am - 10pm PST. Due to high volumes of spam your e-mail may have been indirectly redirected to our spam box by mistake. Please allow 72 hours for the accounting department to respond. You MUST have a bank account to cash checks issued by Rhythm Productions Inc, also please be prepared to deposit the check and wait for it to clear which may take several days. (This is standard bank policy)

Note: There will be a $20.00 stop payment charge from our bank for canceled check's that have already been issued to models. Checks that are lost will be replaced at no charge after the 6 week ground mail delivery period. Please ensure you are happy with your payment method before going online.

Epassporte.com

Question: What is epassporte.com?
Answer: Epassporte is an alternative method for models to receive funds. Epassporte is a Virtual Visa/ATM card that allows you to remove the funds we send to your epassporte account from any local Automated Teller Machine or you can use the Visa for online transactions. There is also a direct deposit option through epassporte.com only.

Question: How much does a epassporte card cost?
Answer: The Virtual Visa/ATM card can be obtained with a person holding a current visa, you will be required to upload $25.00US to epassporte.com to obtain the card. Or as an alternate you can request us to create you a card for $40.00US. Once you make $100.00US we will create the card for you.

Question: I don't have a Visa how can i get a card?
Answer: Contact the accounting department at accounting@adultwebcamworld.com and send us your FULL MAILING ADDRESS, FULL NAME and AUTHORIZED PERFORMER NAME. We will respond with a conformation e-mail.

Question: If you already have my Full name, Full address, and Model Name must i send it again for you to create a epassporte Virtual Visa/ATM card for me?
Answer: This is to confirm your address to send the card to, there can be no mistakes and we will use the typed info you send via e-mail to ensure the information is copied properly.

Question: How much does it cost to send me the funds I have earned?
Answer: Models pay only a $5.00 fee charged by epassporte.com up to $10,000US per month per transaction.

Question: I live outside of Canada or USA can I still use the Virtual Visa/ATM card in my country?
Answer: Yes the Virtual Visa/ATM card can be used in any country that has an Automated Teller Machine with the Visa Plus logo , which can be fund in almost every country in the world.

Question: Do i get paid on epassporte weekly as well?
Answer: Yes $100.00US and over. Funds under $100.00US are held and added to next weeks payment.

Question: Can I receive payments from other companies or persons on my epassporte card?
Answer: No, The payment system through epassporte, if issued by our company is strictly for the use with our company. Epassporte will not allow outside payments or incoming transfers to occur.

Question: How long does it take for me to get my epassporte card?
Answer: Depending where you live, US postal service, postal service in your area, will determine how quickly your card arrives. 2 weeks within US & Canada and outside US and Canada 4- 8 week wait. Contact epassporte for details.

Question: Why do you use epassporte to pay models?
Answer: Epassporte.com is one of the cheapest, fastest online methods of paying models that is in the adult entertainment industry. Since paypal does not allow adult payments this is the only legal method. (We are also considering the "Rev Card" as an option.)

Question: Why do you wait until i receive the Virtual Visa/ATM card from epassporte.com before inputting the funds into my epassporte account where i am able to the funds owed to me?
Answer: When the bank card is sent to you, it includes the pin number to your account on epassporte.com We wait until you receive the card in the mail before depositing the remainder of your funds earned to date.The reason for delay is if the card is sent to the wrong address the persons will be able to remove your funds. If the account is empty they will not have access to your funds. Once we release the funds to your account we are no longer responsible.

Question: What if I already have a Virtual Visa/ATM card, what do I do?
Answer: Please e-mail accounting@adultwebcamworld.com with your, Performer Name, Real Name, Epassporte ID. Please use the e-mail that was used to create the model account to reply to us.

Note:
Funds that are sent with alternate online payment method (Epassporte) and are under $100.00 US will be held and carried over to the next weeks payment until $100.00 US is achieved.
You can access your account on line but will not be able to withdraw funds until you have received your Visa Electron card. It will take between 2-8 weeks to receive your Electron card depending on your location. If delayed you MUST contact epassporte.com, we are not responsible for sending you the card by ground mail.

Other

Models that wish to receive funds to an alternate mailing address or alternate payee, must fill out and complete the remote payment form Click here.
We will require the alternate person's photo ID to be scanned and e-mailed prior to us sending the funds. All alternate options MUST be approved by the accounting department prior to payment please have your paper work and information in order. All unclear, cropped or unreadable documents will be denied without question.
The model must contact accounting@adultwebcamworld.com from the e-mail used upon signing up the account to confirm and make any arrangements prior to Sunday 12:00 am pst for the next pay roll period.

Note:
Regular method of pay is by check, ground mail. This is the ONLY method of pay we are obligated to use. All other options listed above are extra features provided AdultWebCamWorld. We do not guarantee services provided by Epassporte (3rd party company).
Not all remote studios offer our payment options, please contact your studio manager for details.
The model will be responsible for all fees incurred by alternate online payment methods.
All changes and requests must come from the e-mail address you used when signing up.

Taxes: All models are responsible to pay their own taxes in the given country you live in. We are not responsible to deduct any tax earnings you may incur while working with our web site Adultwebcamworld.com Canadian models may submit a request to us for a T4 at the end of each year. We are not obligated to offer any thing other then this. All model yearly earnings are available within the web site at any time.

Remember:
Please be courteous and respectful when inquiring about funds that are due to you. Please allow the allotted time for the funds to get to you. If you change your mailing address please contact us with updated information ASAP.
(Models not in North America can expect payment in 1-6 weeks depending on the postal service in your area. We can not be held responsible if the mail service is slow.)
We pride ourselves in paying models on time and are determined to get you every penny you have earned ASAP.

Account Closure:
Models that wish to no longer work with our company, and wish to receive the remainder of your pay must notify the accounting dept. Please include Model name, Real name, amount owing, dates and the request to close your account to accounting@adultwebcamworld.com Otherwise your funds will NOT be automatically sent until you reach the $50.00 US by check or $100.00 US by epassporte payment agreement. And your account will be left open indefinitely.
